Anna Silk is a Canadian actress who was born on the 31st of January 1974. She is best known for her role as Bo in the Showcase TV series Lost Girl. Silk was made in Fredericton New Brunswick Canada. Ilkay Silk, and Peter Silk have been the fathers of Silk. Ilkay is a playwright as well as director, and she plays the role of drama instructor on the drama department at St. Thomas University. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Anna holds some of her earliest memories of watching and going to rehearsals for plays. CNN Cable News Network named Bo, along with Lauren Zoie Palmer, as the same-sex couple on Lost Girl to be one of the top television Couples of All Time. E! Magazine declared that they were the top TV Couples of 2013 Entertainment Television. As a result of Silk's popularity Silk has garnered a prominent internet following via social media.
