Anna Silk
Anna Silk is a Canadian actress who was born on the 31st of January 1974. She is best known for her role as Bo in the Showcase TV series Lost Girl. Silk was made in Fredericton New Brunswick Canada. Ilkay Silk, and Peter Silk have been the fathers of Silk. Ilkay is a playwright as well as director, and she plays the role of drama instructor on the drama department at St. Thomas University. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Anna holds some of her earliest memories of watching and going to rehearsals for plays. Silk played a role as a young model in a commercial. The Bachelor in Arts was awarded by St. Thomas University, 1997. Theatre St. Thomas has produced two productions during the beginning of her career: Seven Menus and The Kitchen. Silk relocated to Toronto to Los Angeles during the years following 1999. Seth Cooperman is her future husband, who she first discovered during her time in Los Angeles at an Actors workshop. They got engaged in 2009 and were married in an unofficial ceremony in was held in December. The couple was married on April 10, 2011. renewed their vows at a Jewish wedding ceremony held in Fredericton following her conversion to Judaism. Silk Cooperman was blessed with her first son Samuel Jerome Cooperman May 2013 Levi Aaron was her second born baby on May 13, the 13th of May, 2016. Silk was also nominated 2009 for Gemini Awards in her role as Cassidy Holland. In 2009, she got the lead role as Bo Dennis a succubus in the Canadian television series Lost Girl. Silk became pregnant during production of the season three finale. She announced the news to the viewers during the Showcase's Season Three Pre-Show Special on the 6th of January, 2013. Silk revealed via Twitter, on June 20, 2013 that the production was set to begin on Season 4. The 4th of June, 2013 Showcase and Prodigy Pictures confirmed the start of Production for Season 4 of the show. CNN Cable News Network named Bo, along with Lauren Zoie Palmer, as the same-sex couple on Lost Girl to be one of the top television Couples of All Time. E! Magazine declared that they were the top TV Couples of 2013 Entertainment Television. As a result of Silk's popularity Silk has garnered a prominent internet following via social media.
